Hi, I’m Hamed Derakhshani.
I work at the intersection of writing, storytelling, and visual communication; helping ideas become clearer, more engaging, and harder to forget.
Over the past decade I’ve worked across content strategy, photography, video, and digital publishing for agencies, startups, and founder-led businesses. Today my focus is on creating thoughtful work for creators and modern brands that care about meaningful communication.
My Story
For more than ten years, I’ve worked in content and communication; helping ideas find the right words, structure, and audience.
What started as writing expanded into a broader creative practice: photography, video, editing, and strategic thinking. Over time I became increasingly interested in the relationship between storytelling, visual language, and how people communicate in digital spaces.
I rebuilt my career from scratch after relocating from Iran to Türkiye: an experience that sharpened my thinking about adaptability, long-term creative work, and making content that travels across languages, cultures, and borders.
Today I’m focused on building an international body of work in English, and connecting with clients and collaborators around the world.
